AIM (Acute Illness Management) is a one-day inter-professional course standardising the clinical approach to the management of the deteriorating patient and is suitable for all registered staff.
A course manual must be obtained for pre-reading at least 28 days prior to the course.
These are available for collection at JCUH and FHN (details below). If you have difficulty accessing either of these sites, please contact stees.aip@nhs.net and we will post one to you internally.
JCUH - Patientrack Office next-door to PALS at the north entrance.
FHN - From the Critical Care Outreach Office opposite SDEC.
