Target Audience – All Trust Staff, interested in palliative care and key topic areas.  

These sessions will be facilitated by guest speakers, providing education on current practice in their area of speciality. These sessions will help extend your knowledge in specific areas.  They will allow you to have access to specialist staff with background/interest in the topic discussed and will also create a forum to share practice and ideas to improve skill set.

Leah will talk about why mouth care is important; complications associated with poor mouth care and will give some helpful tips and techniques to help improve a patient’s quality of life.
