Foundations in Palliative Care Three Day Course, 03/07/2025, 09:00 - 16:30, Room 22, Strive, JCUH

Aimed at nurses and AHP's who deliver palliative care as part of their work within the Trust.

You must be able to attend all 3 days of the course and seek line manager approval before booking.

This course explores the principles of palliative and end of life care across all trust care settings. It will equip staff with the skills to complete an initial and ongoing holistic assessment of the needs of patients requiring palliative or end of life care as well as analysing the needs and support for the ‘family’ .It will explore the role of the multi professional teams in meeting these needs .
