Target Audience – All Trust Staff, interested in palliative care and key topic areas.  

These sessions will be facilitated by guest speakers, providing education on current practice in their area of speciality. These sessions will help extend your knowledge in specific areas.  They will allow you to have access to specialist staff with background/interest in the topic discussed and will also create a forum to share practice and ideas to improve skill set.

Dr Trish Sealy is a consultant in palliative medicine working in the community and clinical lead for the Specialist Palliative Care team in South Tees. Trish will talk about when syringe pump could be used, the medication used and provide guidance on how to source information on mixing medicines and compatibilities.
